Today Whitney wasn't feeling well, so she didn't go to school.  After sleeping for a couple of extra hours she felt much better, so we decided to go shopping.  Ana Kate did really well except for a couple of minutes in Target when I strapped her back in the cart.  We didn't really buy much, but it was fun to go shopping with both of my girls!

I am back to the food diary today and so far I've done really well.  Usually when I'm limiting calories, this time of night is tough....especially when we settle in to watch tv.  I always want to snack....but so far I'm feeling ok.  Plus I have some carrots, celery, and fruit if I get hungry.  No exercise today, but still feeling pretty good.  Maybe we'll walk or do a bike ride tomorrow.
